Returns & Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable / No Returns: Due to the bespoke, made-to-order, and personalised nature of this glassware, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has commenced.
• Damages in Transit: Every order is packaged with great care, but in the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the outer packaging and broken glass so we can arrange a replacement.
